Tailored energy advice for your home or building
Find out which measures improve your energy label, comfort and energy bill the most, with costs and scenarios side by side.
Tailored energy advice (maatwerkadvies) is an energy report for one specific building. A certified adviser inspects the building and calculates for each measure — insulation, glazing, ventilation, heat pump, solar panels — what it does for energy use, label class and costs. You choose the steps and their order based on solid numbers.
Key facts
- For
- homes, HOAs (VvE), commercial buildings
- Basis
- on-site inspection + NTA 8800 calculation
- Outcome
- measures, label steps and scenarios
- Price
- fixed quote upfront
What does tailored advice include?
- The building's current energy performance and label
- Per measure: savings, new label class and indicative costs
- Scenarios: step by step or all at once
- A logical order, for example insulate first, then a heat pump
- Points of attention for comfort, ventilation and moisture
When is tailored advice a good idea?
- You are planning a renovation and want to know which measures pay off most.
- Your office must reach label C or you want to move towards label A.
- Your HOA wants to become more sustainable and apply for subsidy, see HOA sustainability advice.
- You are considering a (hybrid) heat pump: combine the advice with a heat loss calculation.

Inspection
An adviser records the building and installations on site.

Calculation
We calculate measures and combinations under NTA 8800.
- 4
Advice and explanation
You receive a clear report and we explain the choices, including at an HOA meeting.
Project examples
Hasibo delivered tailored advice for the Kop van Deelen army base in Hoenderloo, focused on energy savings and long-term building performance, and for HOA Lijsterbesstraat in Nieuwegein (numbers 98–190), with a renovation and sustainability plan to reduce energy use and future maintenance costs. In Vinkeveen we combined an energy label with practical improvement advice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we are asked most about this topic.
1. What is the difference between an energy label and tailored advice?
An energy label records the current energy performance. Tailored advice goes further: it calculates which measures you can take, what they deliver and the best order to carry them out.
2. Is there a subsidy for tailored advice?
HOAs (VvE's) can get subsidy for sustainability advice through the SVVE scheme; in 2026 it covers 75% of advice costs. Check the current conditions with RVO. For private owners it differs per municipality.
3. How much does tailored advice cost?
It depends on the type and size of the building. You receive a fixed-price quote upfront via our request form.
4. How long does it take?
After the inspection you usually receive the advice within a few weeks, depending on the size of the building and the number of scenarios.
