Sustainability advice for owners' associations (VvE)
From a wish to become sustainable to a plan the owners' meeting can approve: measures, costs, phasing and subsidy.
An owners' association (VvE) becomes more sustainable most effectively with tailored advice for the whole building: it shows which measures to the roof, facade, glazing, ventilation and installations pay off most and how to phase them. HOAs can get subsidy through the SVVE scheme, which in 2026 covers 75% of the costs of sustainability advice.

Why an HOA needs a plan
In an HOA, owners decide together. That only works with clear numbers: what does a measure cost, what does it deliver and how does it fit the long-term maintenance plan (MJOP)? Hasibo makes these trade-offs clear and presents them in plain language for the meeting.

SVVE subsidy for HOAs
The Dutch SVVE scheme runs from 2026 through 2030. For sustainability research and advice it covers 75% of the invoice in 2026, with a maximum depending on the number of homes. Advice may be at most 3 years old when you apply. There is also subsidy for the measures themselves.
Subsidy conditions change regularly. Check the current conditions with RVO before applying.
