Support with the Quality Assurance Act (Wkb)
Record quality demonstrably, from planning to completion, so the file is complete.
The Dutch Quality Assurance for Building Act (Wkb) applies since 1 January 2024 to new builds in consequence class 1 and since 1 January 2025 also to renovations. The municipality no longer checks building regulations upfront; an independent quality assurer does. Hasibo helps clients and contractors with checks, documentation and a complete completion file.

What changes under the Wkb?
Under the Wkb, the client of a building in consequence class 1 (such as single-family homes) must engage a quality assurer. The assurer assesses whether the building meets technical requirements and issues a statement at completion. The contractor must also deliver a consumer file.
