NEN 2580 measurement report and floor plans
Consistently recorded floor areas and layout, for homes and commercial property.
A NEN 2580 measurement report records a building's floor areas under the Dutch standard NEN 2580, such as usable floor area (GO) and gross floor area (BVO). This makes areas consistent and comparable, for example for a sale, rental, WWS points calculation or valuation. Hasibo measures on site and delivers the report with floor plans.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we are asked most about this topic.
1. What is usable floor area (GO)?
Usable floor area is the usable floor space inside the walls, measured under NEN 2580. It is the area usually shown in property listings.
2. What is the difference between GO and BVO?
Gross floor area (BVO) is measured along the outside of the facades and includes walls. Usable floor area (GO) is smaller.
3. Can you combine it with an energy label?
Yes. Since we inspect the home anyway, we often combine the measurement with an energy label.
